The website www.dnca-investments.com (the "Website") is published by DNCA Finance, a limited partnership (société en commandite simple) with share capital of EUR 1,634,468.34 and its head office at 19, place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number B 432 518 041 ("DNCA Investments", "we"). DNCA Finance is the data controller for the processing related to the cookies placed by the Website.

This policy explains which cookies are placed when you visit the Website, for what purposes and for how long, and how you can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time.

What is a "cookie"?

A cookie is a small text file that may be sent to your browser when you visit a website. We use various cookies on the Website to improve our services and the interactivity of the Website. This policy also covers other similar trackers, such as your browser's local storage.

Your choice will only apply to the terminal and browser you are currently using. A cookie will be placed on your terminal to record your choice.

No cookie is placed when you arrive on the Website: the cookies described below are only placed when you use the corresponding feature or, for those that require it, after you have given your consent.

Cookies necessary for the Website to function

These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the Website. They ensure seamless navigation and access to the content intended for you according to your country of residence and your investor profile. They do not collect any personal data for marketing purposes. They are therefore exempt from consent.

You can object to them and delete them using your browser settings; however, your user experience may be degraded and some of our services may become unavailable.

• consent: stores your cookie choices. Duration: 6 months.
• sgp-gate-accepted: records that you have read and accepted the regulatory information for accessing the Website. Duration: 90 days.
• sgp-gate-country: records the country of residence you declared, in order to display the funds, share classes and documents authorised in that country. Duration: 90 days.
• sgp-gate-profile: records the investor profile you declared (retail or professional), in order to display the content intended for you. Duration: 90 days.
• sgp-legacy-link-country: records the country contained in a link from the former website, in order to preselect it when you arrive. Duration: 24 hours.
• sgp-fund-favorites: records the funds you have added to your favourites. Only placed if you use this feature. Duration: 12 months.
• dnca-fund-table-theme (local storage): records the appearance you chose for the fund range table (dark or light). Duration: until you clear it in your browser.

Audience measurement cookies

These cookies make it possible to measure the audience of this Website in order to meet various needs (performance measurement, detection of navigation problems, optimisation of technical performance or ergonomics, estimation of the power of the servers required, analysis of the content consulted, etc.).

We use the Matomo tool, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), in order to produce anonymous statistics. The data is not shared with third parties or combined with other processing.

As long as you have not made a choice, your visit is measured without placing any cookie. In line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), this measurement, strictly limited to producing anonymous statistics, does not require your consent. Your IP address is truncated before anything is recorded, and visit data is deleted after 25 months.

If you accept the "Audience measurement" category of the banner, the following cookies are placed on the Website's domain to distinguish visits and recognise a returning browser:

• _pk_id: identifies your browser under a pseudonym, to distinguish visits. Duration: 13 months.
• _pk_ses: measures the current visit. Duration: 30 minutes.
• _pk_ref: records the website from which you arrived. Duration: 6 months.

You can object to audience measurement at any time by refusing this category, with the "Refuse all" button of the banner or the "Managing Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. No data about your visit is then sent to Matomo.

Video services and online publications

Video-sharing services enrich the Website with multimedia content and increase its visibility. Some pages include videos hosted by Vimeo or YouTube, and flipbook publications hosted by Heyzine.

These third-party services may place their own cookies, under their own policies, over which DNCA Finance has no control. Their players are only loaded if you accept the "Marketing" category of the banner, or if you click on the link shown in place of the content to accept the cookies of the service concerned. No cookie from these services is placed before that. YouTube videos are played in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

• Vimeo (player.vimeo.com): displays Vimeo videos. Duration: 24 months (longest duration).
• YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com): displays YouTube videos. Duration: 24 months (longest duration).
• Heyzine (heyzine.com, dncafinance.aflip.in): displays flipbook publications. Duration: 12 months (longest duration), and local storage until you clear it in your browser.

Accepting, refusing or withdrawing your consent

On your first visit to the Website, a banner informs you that these cookies are used and invites you to make your choice: "Accept all", "Refuse all" or "Customize" to choose category by category, then "Save my choices". Cookies subject to consent are only placed if you accept them. Refusing is as easy as accepting.

You can open the cookie management panel to accept or refuse them via the "Managing Cookies" link at the bottom of every page of the Website. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. After a withdrawal, audience measurement cookies already placed are no longer used; you can delete them in your browser settings.
