Eric Franc
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Eric Franc started his career at Invesco France in 1992 as head of distribution before joining the AXA group in 1995, first as AXA Investment Managers’ head of distribution for Western Europe and then as AXA Wealth Management CEO from 2002 to 2009.
He became CEO of Banque Privée 1818 in November 2009 and Chairman of Natixis Bank (Luxembourg). He is member of the Natixis Executive Committee as head of the private banking business line.
He joined DNCA Finance on 1 September 2014 as Chief Executive Officer.

François Collet
CIO - Portfolio manager
François Collet joined Natixis Global Asset Management in 2003 as a fixed income portfolio manager. For three years, he managed three bond funds with total assets of €750 million.
In 2006, he joined La Française AM as Deputy Head of Fixed Income Management. Over eleven years, he was responsible for five funds with total assets of €2.6 billion.
On September 1, 2017, François joined DNCA Finance as a fixed income portfolio manager.
On January 5, 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Deputy CIO) of DNCA Finance, and on October 1, 2025, he became CIO at DNCA Finance.
In 2006, he joined La Française AM as Deputy Head of Fixed Income Management. Over eleven years, he was responsible for five funds with total assets of €2.6 billion.
On September 1, 2017, François joined DNCA Finance as a fixed income portfolio manager.

Géraldine Courtois-Prévert
Chief Operating Officer
Géraldine Courtois-Prévert, a graduate of HEC Paris, has built a distinguished career in finance and management, with nearly 30 years of experience.
From 2011 to 2016, Géraldine served as Head of Management Control for the Corporate & Investment Banking division within Natixis’ Finance Department, where she managed a team of 12 people and oversaw the production and analysis of management indicators. Previously, at BPCE, she led a team of 29 people responsible for consolidation, regulatory reporting, and tax integration. Géraldine began her career in audit and consolidation at PwC and Coopers & Lybrand, where she developed strong expertise in international environments.
She joined DNCA Finance in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, managing a team of 8 people. On August 1, 2025, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
