
François Collet joined Natixis Global Asset Management in 2003 as a fixed income portfolio manager. For three years, he managed three bond funds with total assets of €750 million.
In 2006, he joined La Française AM as Deputy Head of Fixed Income Management. Over eleven years, he was responsible for five funds with total assets of €2.6 billion.
On September 1, 2017, François joined DNCA Finance as a fixed income portfolio manager.
On January 5, 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Deputy CIO) of DNCA Finance, and on October 1, 2025, he became CIO at DNCA Finance.

Isaac Chebar holds a chemical engineering degree from the Polytechnic school of the University of Sao Paolo in Brazil.
He began his career at Société Générale managing emerging market funds and funds investing in Southern Europe. In 2000, Isaac joined Tocqueville Finance where he set up and managed Tocqueville Value Europe until 2002. He then joined Aviva asset management as head of European investments managing several discretionary funds.
He joined the DNCA Finance management team in 2007.

Carl Auffret is a CFA* charterholder and also holds a master’s degree in Management and a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance from Paris IX Dauphine University.
In 1999, he began his career at SG Securities in London as a sell-side analyst covering the consumer goods sector. In July 2003, he returned to France to become sector fund manager/analyst at CM-CIC Asset Management before taking over the Union Europe Growth pan-European growth equity fund in 2005.
He joined the DNCA Finance management team in May 2012.

Don Fitzgerald, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) graduated from Trinity College Dublin.
He began his career with Citigroup in 1996 firstly in Dublin then in Frankfurt and Paris. He joined WestLB Paris as an investor in distressed debt in 2003 and Tocqueville Finance in 2007. From 2008 to August 2015 he managed the fund Tocqueville Value Europe to first decile performance, by Quantalys, in its category over 1, 3 and 5 years. May 2015 he was awarded the Silver Prize by REVENU for risk adjusted returns in the European equities segment over 3 years. Trilingual, Don worked in Dublin, Paris, London and Frankfurt.
In September 2015, he joined DNCA Finance.

Yingying Wu is a graduate of HEC in 2010 and is a CFA* charterholder and also holds a master’s degree in Journalism from The Communication University of China in Beijing (2005).
She began her career in the European equities department of BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris where she co-managed global discretionary funds and an emerging Asia fund.
She joined the DNCA Finance growth team in April 2015.

David holds a Master’s degree in Economic Engineering with a specialization in Finance, as well as a Specialized Master’s in Finance and Market Operations Organization from SKEMA Business School. He has 24 years of experience in mutual fund financial analysis.
He began his career in 2000 at Banque du Louvre and then HSBC Private Bank France, working as an analyst/portfolio manager and leading a team of three managers. In 2006, he joined La Française des Placements as a portfolio manager within the diversified management team. In 2016, he became the head of the team, overseeing six analyst-managers. The team managed €3 billion in assets and led the selection and allocation strategy for a client base composed of institutional investors, independent financial advisors, and retail banking networks.
In May 2019, he joined DNCA Finance.

Damien Lanternier, is a CFA charterholder* and also holds a Master’s degrees from HEC.
He began his career in 2002 at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst. In 2003 Damien joined Lazard Frères Asset Management as a buy-side analyst. He then joined La Financière de l’Echiquier in 2004 as a European equity analyst. He became manager of Agressor, a €1.7 bn European equity portfolio, flagship of the asset management company.
In October 2017, Damien joined DNCA Finance.

Julie holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance (Master 224) from Paris Dauphine University.
She has over 18 years' experience in equity markets, in financial analysis and investment.
From 2006 to 2018, she was a sell-side analyst specializing in the European Utilities sector at Natixis Securities, Barclays Capital and Kepler Cheuvreux, in Paris and London. Her team has been consistently ranked in the top 10 analysts in its sector in Europe in Extel and Institutional Investors research.
In February 2018, she joined the DNCA Finance management team as manager-analyst of Value Europe funds.

Adrien Le Clainche holds a Master 2 in Financial Management from the University of Paris X - Nanterre.
He began his career in 2006 with various experiences in asset management within the Candriam, Credit Suisse and Rothschild & Co banking groups.
In October 2010, he joined DNCA Finance in the fixed income and diversified team and became manager in 2014.

Maxime Genevois, CFA*, graduated from Toulouse Business School in 2015.
After several internships in financial analysis at DNCA Finance, Financière Arbevel and Rothschild & Cie Gestion, he joined the DNCA Finance management team in August 2015.

Olivier Habault is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a CFA.
He began his career at Exane BNP Paribas in the equity sales and arbitrage teams and then in banking sector research.
He joined DNCA Finance in June 2017 where he initially worked in the convertible bond teams. At the end of 2019, he joined the European equity teams.

Daniel Dourmap holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in financial management and is a graduate of the ITB banking institute and the CFAF. He is also a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
He began his career in 1986 and has over 30 years' experience in equity management (Assurance Banque Populaire, Ostrum AM, DNCA Finance).
He is an equity manager specialising in small caps.

Cédric graduated from the University of Paris XIII and is a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
He began his investment career in 2000 and has developed solid expertise at Deutsche Bank & EISON, Groupama AM, Ostrum AM, and DNCA Finance.
In June 2020, he joined DNCA Finance as an Equity Portfolio Manager-Analyst and Head of the team specializing in innovation and technology companies.

Boris Radondy holds the CFA* and CAIA certifications. He has a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Financial Markets and Financial Product Management from the University of Clermont-Ferrand.
He began his career in 2002 and has held positions at AGF AM, Ixis AM and Ostrum AM.

Ronan Poupon is a graduate of EM Strasbourg in Banking & Finance. He is also a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
Ronan Poupon began his career in 2000 with Banque Populaire AM in diversified management. In 2004, he joined the equities team at Natexis AM as manager-analyst in charge of dedicated institutional funds totalling €500m. From 2012, Ronan spent 6 years managing all Eurozone dedicated equity funds (AUM: €1.6bn). In 2018, Ronan took over responsibility for SRI at Ostrum AM. The entire Ostrum AM equity range will be awarded the SRI label in 2019. In 2019, Ronan also became head of the European equity team (5 manager-analysts/EUR 18bn).
In October 2020, Ronan will join DNCA Finance as an equity manager-analyst.

Florent holds a Master’s degree in Market Finance from INSEEC, Paris.
He has extensive professional experience (CDC Ixis, Ostrum AM, DNCA Finance).
He is an Equity Portfolio Manager and Analyst specializing in companies with a Smart Cities profile (energy transition, future infrastructure and mobility, technology). He is also responsible for listed real estate investments for an OPCI managed by AEW.

Simon is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Finance from IESEG School of Management.
He began his career in 2019 (Ostrum AM, DNCA Finance) following his internship. He is an Equity Analyst specializing in Small Caps and the sports sector.

In June 2023, he joined DNCA Finance's European growth equity management team.
Vinzent Sperling holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Bonn (Germany) and is a CFA Charterholder*.
Having started his career in 2000 (at Activest in Munich, then Tocqueville Finance), he has specialised in small and mid-cap stocks since 2016, notably as head of financial analysis at Erasmus Gestion and portfolio manager at SG Prévoir.
In 2024 he joined DNCA Finance's Small & Mid-Cap team as an Portfolio Manager - Analyst.

Matthieu holds a DEA in Finance from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). He is CFA* certified.
He began his career in 1998 with various experiences in asset management within the Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Crédit Lyonnais, State Street Global Advisors and CDC IXIS Asset Management groups before devoting himself exclusively to equity management from 2004. Initially focusing on European equities, he then moved exclusively to managing emerging market portfolios in all geographical areas from 2006 onwards.
In June 2022, he joined DNCA's Responsible Investment division as SRI Manager-Analyst and ESG Policy Officer.
